I have used Clean Air systems for maintenance the last couple of years and recently to rework air vents and ductwork that was terribly installed by another company when our house was built. Clean air systems fixed our problem of almost no air getting to our bedroom and replaced a lot of cheap ductwork installed by the first company. The whole crew, from the owner to the office staff is super friendly and seem eager to please. They are an honest company which can be somewhat difficult to find these days, but is extremely important as we are all a little worried about getting duped or ripped off. And lastly, they did great work at our house, and my neighbors, and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
I have to say hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced from a AC company. JJ went above and beyond to provide us with quick and amazing service. He was honest, up front, and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and our unit will make it many more years! Just had my ductwork cleaned and I could not be anymore pleased. The price was right and the service was outstanding. The technicians were very professional and seemed to care about the job they were doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
We were very impressed with the service we received today! The technicians were very kind and patient with all of the questions I had regarding our system and the maintenance. We had an appointment already booked, when their office had a cancelation. They reached out asking if we could reschedule two weeks early.
The crew arrived at 8:00 am as scheduled. Crew chief, JJ, introduced the crew members which I thought showed real class. He reviewed what the they were about to do and compared that to our quote. Liked that, no surprises we were all on the same page.
Then the got to work. Covered floors and furniture with drop cloths. And, vacuumed when the job was done too.
