One of the best decisions I made for my home was switching my maintenance service to Clean Air Systems. They are personable, detail oriented folks who know their business and look out for the customer’s best interest; a rare find these days.

I have used Clean Air systems for maintenance the last couple of years and recently to rework air vents and ductwork that was terribly installed by another company when our house was built. Clean air systems fixed our problem of almost no air getting to our bedroom and replaced a lot of cheap ductwork installed by the first company. The whole crew, from the owner to the office staff is super friendly and seem eager to please. They are an honest company which can be somewhat difficult to find these days, but is extremely important as we are all a little worried about getting duped or ripped off. And lastly, they did great work at our house, and my neighbors, and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

We were very impressed with the service we received today! The technicians were very kind and patient with all of the questions I had regarding our system and the maintenance. They were very punctual and finished the job in a timely fashion. Definitely will be using them again! This company is phenomenal! I wish they had more than 5 stars.

Clean Air Systems is a very professional and fair operated business. When they arrive on site your troubles are basically ‘gone’. Not once have I ever regretted calling them along with recommending them to anyone. If your needing a trusting and fair repair or install, Clean Air Systems are the ones to call!

Michael came to my house to do a quote and explained everything he was checking as well as everything that I could do myself, he was honest about our vents not needing cleaning as well as took the time to give me information that was very helpful about my HVAC system and attic. First let me say I don’t write reviews in general. It’s just not something I do but this company is truly amazing and they really deserve more than just a good review. They went so far above and beyond what was required of them in the contract to make sure that I was happy with everything and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They were extremely professional but also extremely friendly. After the original installation there were a few issues and they came back immediately to fix them. In fact when I called and left a message late Saturday afternoon when they were closed, “Little Mike” called me back within 5 minutes offering to come over immediately to try and diagnose the problem although I know he was home with his family at the time. They also did work that was not covered in the contract and I was not charged one cent extra. I’m sure they lost money on my job but they never made me feel like I was a burden or that I was being difficult to please. They spent about a day and a half extra after the original installation making sure the job was done right including replacing and upgrading the brand new unit they had just installed. Not once during that time did they act annoyed or frustrated, you could genuinely tell the only thing they wanted in the end was a happy customer. Once all the work was finished they checked back with me several times to make sure that everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. You just can’t find companies that run their businesses like this anymore. I know if it had been any other a/c company I would have been charged an arm and a leg for all the extra work they did, if I could get them to come back at all. This company has had a great reputation for a long time and now I know why. A huge thanks to “Little Mike” and the wonderful crew at Clean Air Systems, they truly are one of a kind business.
